I have been on this Kylie and Perfume parallels train for a good while and I won't be hopping off of it any time soon.
And yes — I know, I know. “You’ll Never Stop Me from Loving You” is not a Kylie song. But it sounds like a Kylie song because of her early association with Stock Aitken Waterman. And I’m sure it was produced deliberately to sound like a Kylie song at a point where Stock Aitken Waterman were having huge successes with her. So it is still very Kylie adjacent.
